Auby's wife, Norma (nee Montgomery), was the first volunteer librarian in 1983 for the Deaf community and the resources were kept in a cabinet in the function room of 16 Brentham Street, Leederville. She volunteered on behalf of the WA Deaf Recreation Club until 1989. She was the founder of the WA Deaf Seniors Club in 1988. Norma also founded the Deaf Ladies Club in 1952 which later became the Deaf Women's Guild as it is known today.

Richie was in the Deaf Table Tennis team representing WA.

Jack's first son, John Frederick was employed in 1978 as the Executive Director and worked for the WA Deaf Society until his retirement in 2008. John oversaw many significant changes to the organisation during those 30 years. John coached Deaf football for some years.

Jack's younger son, Brent, went on to become a Teacher of the Deaf and also coached Deaf football for some years. He married Vicki, also a Teacher of the Deaf. Vicki won the Premier's Teacher of the Year award for her work with the Deaf in 2006. Ivy's granddaughter, Meghann Ritchie is also a Teacher of the Deaf.

Terry, Ernest's son was a coach for Deaf basketball. Terry married Danielle Shaw. Coming from an extensive Deaf family in the Eastern States, Danielle contributed significantly to the WA Deaf community through the WA Deaf Recreation Association and the Kimberley Association of the Deaf and hard of hearing. Terry and Danielle, had one daughter, Patricia.

Patricia Levitzke-Gray started working at the WA Deaf Society in 1993, resigning in 2017 after 24 years of service. Patricia has been active with the WA Association of the Deaf since 1999, and has been paramount to the success of the Auslan language program at Shenton College Deaf Education Centre. Chris Gray married Patricia in 1999 after 13 years and they have two Deaf children, Joshua and Drisana. Chris has represented WA in basketball at the 1989 Deaflympics and has worked at Mosman Park School for Deaf Children since 2002.

Patricia's daughter, and great, great grand-daughter of Tom and Mary Jane, Drisana Levitzke-Gray, was the youngest Board member of the WA Association of the Deaf when she joined in 2010 at the age of 16. Drisana was awarded Young Australian of the Year in 2015 for her advocacy work. She was also the first Deaf person to fulfil her jury duty obligations in WA.
